This was my first time using an auto transport service provider, so I was anxious regarding all aspects of the project. The broker, AmeriFreight, was represented by Erica and she was extremely nice and easy to work with. Put me at ease. Very competent! She made the entire process simple. Everything went so smoothly! Erica is friendly, pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and intelligent. The transport carrier, Safe Auto, did a great job. Their driver, Ivan, was on time with pick-up and delivery. Car went from Florida to California with no damage in transit. In my opinion, you are in good hands contracting with AmeriFreight.
