My agent was Brian Lauri, he arranged the shipping my car from the East Coast to the West Coast. Brian was super responsive since day 0; we talked many times on the phone and via email, I had never shipped a car before, so he explained me the process very well and detailed the timeline of events. My case was a bit special because I wanted to ship more than the standard 100lbs of weight allowed inside the car (I needed to transport 300lbs), additionally I wanted to also ship a cargo box on the roof. Brian noted all these details on my profile to submit a bit, and he was able to quickly find truck drivers that would accommodate for my special requests. The car was delivered without damages and on a timely manner. I thank brian for his professionalism and support throughout the process.
