The AmeriFreight representative Melissa D. was outstanding, I was kept informed of the process status from beginning to end, received frequent follow-up calls from Melissa D. before, during and after deliver of the vehicle. I would have rated the company and process 5 stars had the total price been in-line with what was original quoted ($850). The final cost was $1,340 plus Amerifreight's fee of $344. The reason given for the higher cost was market rates are higher due to COVID19. The transporter also was a pleasure to work with, very professional and on-time for pick-up and delivery. Vehicle was received in good condition.
