I asked for a quote from a few shippers to transport 1 car from Buffalo to Boston and their initial estimate was the lowest. When I was ready I called to follow up with Harry. He explained how the process works, putting the job out to bid, what factors impact the price, what the general state of the market has been. The initial price was the starting point I was told. I was flexible so I wanted to keep the price down. I didn't need a rush. I hung up the phone at 1 PM, by 2 PM Harry called me back with a truck ready to go that evening and have my car to me the next morning for the price quoted. I was floored. I was ready to wait weeks and almost got whiplash by how fast my car was in my driveway. The driver was fantastic, on time, and the car was delivered safe and sound.
