This was my second time going through Amerifreight (AZ to MI). On their end, they were always friendly and excited to help me. We were able to put my car up on the board on a Tuesday and shipped it by the Sunday after, meeting a challenging time crunch. They are also very willing to help explain everything to you in detail, although if this is a returning customer situation, the amount of work on my end was minimal. Any and all issues I faced during the process was due to the actual shipping company... If you read any other reviews complaining about the shipping itself, know that this is not the fault of AmeriFreight. They did their job well here. My only complaint is that they have a poor phone system which makes it very unreliable to get ahold of not only your agent but any agent. I'd say about 80% of my phone calls were met with "no one is available to talk to". They usually are decent at getting back to me, but a system which can let me stay on hold at least until any agent is available would be by far better. Regardless, when you do get them on the phone, they do a good job.
