Great Service. Quote was Confusing

The service of both the representative and the carriers was great. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I would give a 4.5 if I could because the quote process was confusing, if not a bit misleading. I received a quote (which I later figured out wasn’t a “final” quote) for $2,880 to ship 3 vehicles. I went with it because it was significantly cheaper than other quotes I have gotten. I ended up paying $4,200, which was comparable to the other quotes. Probably my fault because I didn’t read all the disclosures and fine print when I booked, but they weren’t forthcoming about saying that the quote was just an estimate and once the carriers see the job the set their price. Probably being generous with the rating, but the service was truly wonderful and I also just had a terrible terrible experience with another mover.
