My overall experience with Amerifright was positive but did come with a few snags beyond their control. From the start I was told that the price quote would most likely be higher at the time of shipping due to the lack of carriers available and it was causing some price increases. This proved to be true but I was expecting it from the start. The unfortunate snag I encountered was that right at the time when my car could have been picked up was at the same exact time that tropical storm was coming up the east coast. My car was being shipped from Florida to Maine and this storm came into Florida and up the entire east coast. This caused an unfortunate delay in shipping. When the storm had passed I contacted Amerifright to ask about shipping because it had now been a week since the car was able to be picked up. Two days later a carrier was found and it shipped a few days later. I dealt with different people through all of this. My main contact was Brian but there were others that I also was in contact with while Brian was out for a short time. I cant speak enough of how professional everyone I encountered at Amerifright was. They all seemed to genuinely care and were very helpful and professional through the whole process.
