Amerifreight is Pretty Good

I tried working with a different freight company (Roadrunner Auto Transport) before Amerifreight and it was an actual trash fire of an experience, I ended up having to cancel. This was my first time shipping a car and with both companies, this whole broker/carrier/me communication triangle felt really complicated--we're so used to having things automated now, it was a pain to deal with all the scheduling and quote updates and payment systems and general back-and-forth. I'm not sure if that's an Amerifreight problem or the industry at large. Definitely deserving of 5-stars though is Danielle, the broker I worked with. She was friendly, easy to chat with and really quick to respond. She was able to converse with me via text/call/email, whatever I needed at that time. Thank you Danielle!
