Great Service but Lousy Process

Danielle was great, answering my questions and gave good timing advice -- five stars here including nice driver who gave accurate updates and lived up to their claim of vetting all drivers. However, the process is screwy with calls still coming 19 days after car pick up but also that pricing quotes from all vendors mean nothing. Just like you can see the pricing of houses actually sold in your neighborhood, they should be able to tell you last rate accepted rather than this pie-in-the-sky system that in our case was 30% off - vendors certainly could but that would end this low ball telemarketing ridiculousness. To their credit, Amerifreight leveled that price was up in air.
