Amerifreight itself was great. Amerifreight was easy to reach and I appreciated their front line healthcare worker discount. My agents (Brandy and Missy) were also very polite and easy to communicate with. However, my carrier intermediate (Royal Guyette), was not very polite or communicative and picked up my car several days later than was first communicated to my agent; i also received very little notice for pickup and/or drop off, which made things difficult as a new physician. Therefore, my feedback would be for slightly more careful screening of their carrier recommendations.
