Car got there ok but was frustrating and costed more than expected.

So at the end of the day, the car did get where it was going but the whole experience was very frustrating. When the driver got to the pickup location I was initially told that he was unable to take the car with an attached bike rack behind the car. This was never brought up in the initial consultation. We attempted to remove it for over an hour in the pouring rain but had to give up because did not have any told with us at that location. After struggling with it for all this time, the driver then told us that he could take it with the rack however we would have to make it "worth his while" which ended up meaning paying him more than was initially agreed upon for the transport. Again, the car did make it in one piece but the whole thing was very frustrating, unprofessional, and ended up costing more money than was initially agreed upon.
