Exceeded expectations all the way From the start all the way to the end, Bobbi was nothing short of amazing Just as a point of comparison I initially obtained a quote from another highly recommended company on this board which has a nearby planets name, they hustled & spared no effort to get me to enter my credit card number, after which there was no further progress (to this day). If only their sense of hustle extended to actually arranging transportation for my car which is what I contacted them for initially. And that's their treatment of a previous happy returning customer Bobbi (& Amerifreight) on the other hand explained the process to me and did not request any credit card info prior to actually arranging transportation. Having heard enough horror stories, I was very skeptical but everything happened exactly as they promised, got a carrier shipping offer right after weekend the car was ready, and was picked up a day sooner than initially promised, arrived in excellent shape, with no dirt or damage. The driver was responsive to text messages, to coordinate pickup and dropoff in locations suitable for a large truck (depending on actual carrier). As promised, Bobbi checked in frequently to make sure things were progressing exactly as initially laid out, all the way to the end. That's about all one can ask for. Most importantly, no unpleasant surprises, no misrepresentation, lying or bait and switch, just sticking to their word. Would have no reservations using them again or referring others to use their service. Next time I wouldn't even bother contacting other companies for quotes, waste of time.
