Erica Hudson was wonderful to work with. She was quick, responsive, and extremely considerate. I highly recommend using AmeriFreight and working with Erica. She alleviated so much stress and knew her stuff! Price to ship was pretty competitive with pricing. We did pay a little more with them to ensure we had the best quality service with a BBB rating and insurance but to us a little extra out of pocket was fine. Seemed to be a fair price! As far as the shipment went it was pretty okay. The company contracted with our vehicle was pretty responsive and did make sure there were no major scratches or dents, which was wonderful! However we did end up with a fairly large scratch on the driver side door and the company stole a gel cellphone pad from the dash. Since interior isn't covered and they didn't allow for an inspection that would be our only minor complaint. The more frustrating one was agreeing to pick up our vehicle on a set contract date and then the driver letting us know that we need to come a few days earlier. I ended up swapping flights to make sure we were there and he never answered calls or texts and then ended up missing the pickup window on our original agreed upon date and time. Again, not the worst case as the exterior of the car did come back perfect! I wasn't overly happy to have changed my entire schedule around but it's a give and take I suppose.
