Erica worked hard on my behalf to get the the lowest price possible from carrier companies and fought away additional fees that a carrier company tried to tack on at the end. She was readily available by email and her direct cell phone line. She was very professional and polite.
Room for improvement: AmeriFreight claimed to waive broker fees for healthcare workers, but I still had to pay a $200 broker fee.
