Brian from Amerifreight was exceptional. This was a very difficult task as the dealer made mistakes with the paperwork that caused a cancel of the first pick up and almost the second. This was a special MB GLA-250 that i was leasing for my daughter as a Grad gift from a MB Dealler in IL which needed to be shipped to CT and it seemed that I would lose the ability to transport it with the numerous mistakes the car dealer made. Brian stuck right with me and called me twice a day for over a week to keep me informed of my transport options as I was going through the most frustrating endeavor I have ever experienced leasing a car (and I have leased and bought over 100) and when the car dealer (FINALLY) gave me the green light for pick up, Brian had a truck there within 2 hours!! That's service!! and received it less than 2 days later in perfect condition!! Thank you Brian for hanging in there with me and Amerifreight!! Worth every penny! I will definitely use them again!
