From the initial call to the final drop-off, the customer service was professional and responsive. We appreciated that we were able to deal with the same person throughout the entire process as she knew our situation and made helpful suggestions. The driver was friendly and thorough, both at pick-up and drop-off. We would definitely use again -- or recommend to a friend.
