I have moved all over the country for both school and work and have had to ship my car sometimes on very short notice. With all the other companies that I have used in the past, each time, without fail, I would have some sort of issue that would inevitably frustrate me, ruin the experience, and make me swear that I was going to make the cross-country drive myself next time. I don’t remember exactly how I found AmeriFreight (may have been a google search?) but within minutes - literal minutes I had not only received a quote but had been contacted by one of their associates, Maleah. If I had been reticent about using AmeriFreight without a direct referral or verified review by someone I actually knew, the quickly evaporated after each interaction that I had with Maleah. I don’t impress easy and I was IMPRESSED by how simplified and clear she made the process. She answered any and all questions that I had (and didn’t even know that I had) walked me through what to expect and things to be sure to do. Plus, discounts! I have never had such a good, straightforward experience especially for this distance - from Seattle all the way to Boston. I will absolutely, 100%, use AmeriFreight again. Especially if I can work with Maleah. I already have a friend who also needs to ship her car and I’ve already told her to use AmeriFreight and be sure to work with Maleah. If you are on the fence at all over what shipping company to use, AmeriFreight is absolutely the way to go.
