Overall, the experience was successful - my car made it across the country (2000 miles) in about 4 days. I do have a couple criticisms to share, though. First, my broker, though very informative and helpful, was overly aggressive in the sales process. I felt like I was being talked over, and his energy in his voice almost came off as yelling at me. Second, I made it explicitly clear that I was entering town on a certain day, and the carrier he contacted ended up arriving early. As such, becuase I myself could not pick up the vehicle, I was required to pay an additional service fee for paying with credit and could not fill out a BoL on pickup, making me responsible for the few scratches I noticed on the vehicle. I will likely use the service again, but I can't say I'm completely satisfied with this experience.
