Excellent Customer Service From Start to Finish!

From day 1 my associate Jessie showed amazing customer service and was always happy to address my concerns. We emailed back and forth for a while before I made my decision due to going through a PCS as Active Duty Air Force personnel and Jessie was always very thorough when educating me on my options. She never made me feel pressured and worked with me until we put a plan together. Even when I had to adjust some things such as the delivery address, she did not hesitate to accommodate me. There was some confusion on the carrier end (NOT AmeriFreight) that everyone I spoke to at AmeriFreight was more than helpful with resolving. They really made you feel taken care of and that your concerns were also theirs! Highly recommend this company for a painless and enjoyable experience when transporting your vehicle. I will be using them again in the future.
