The customer service people were very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all of my questions and were prompt in doing so, both in email and on the phone. The pickup was easy, and 5 days earlier than the 7 days option that i paid for. My car was delivered ontime and nothing was damaged or stolen. I would not use anybody else if i do ship my car again.
