I have read many reviews and I have taken those comments both negative and positive into consideration. Luckily, for me I have nothing but positive reviews for AmeriFreight. Whitney Galloway held my hand through the entire process and made sure I was taken care of extremely well. Her emails and phone calls in response to the numerous questions I asked is what led me to choose this company. When I met the driver he explained the process to me and took great care loading my car in California and unloading it in New York City. His communication, processing documentation, and recording the already present damage on my car made me fell comfortable in knowing my car was in good hands. My car arrived safely and did not have any new damage done to it while in transit. I am glad I did not drive my car myself as the driver informed me of the road closure in Wyoming due to a snow storm. I did not mind the dirty as I had a professional deliver my car. I will be relocating back to California in a few months and I will definitely use AmeriFreight in the future.
