We shipped a vehicle cross country. One of the reasons I followed up with AmeriFreight after getting quotes from multiple companies was the price they quoted. The other reason was the follow up e-mail from their company seemed to come from a real person. Some of the other companies kept sending the same e-mail repeatedly and saying they had called me when they hadn't. Rebecca was very professional and able to answer all my questions. Once we made the decision that we were ready, she had our vehicle listed right away and within a few days connected us up with a transporter. Everything went smoothly and much more quickly than I anticipated and the vehicle arrived as expected. Rebecca checked in with us to be sure the vehicle had been picked up and again regarding drop off. I would use this company again if I ever need to ship a vehicle. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because we ended up paying more than the initial quote which made the cost more in line with the other companies. Maybe if we had waited longer someone would have taken the car at the cheaper rate but we opted to take the first offer.
