Very pleasant customer service including the transport driver. Careful attention given to vehicle at time of pick up and delivery. I WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL TO HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROMM THE TRANSPORT COMPANY TELLING OF THE DELAY IN DELIVERY WITHOUT MY HAVING TO CALL THE DISPATCH NUMBER. Also, Amerifreight should inform the customer if there is a possibility that a transporter cannot be located within the week time frame and that an additional fee might have to be charged. Would definitely use the service again if needed.
