Transporting a Volvo wagon from a relatively remote place in Iowa to another out-of-the-way location in northern NY state, so it took quite a while to get a carrier, which didn't bother me as there was no rush at all, but the final cost was +50% more than the original quote, but that still put it at the same price point or less than what was quoted to me by other companies, so can't complain too much. The agent I was dealing with, Harry, kept me well informed throughout, so no complaints there either. When a carrier was finally found, the specific arrangements had to be done very last-minute, but it all worked out in the end. The car was picked up and delivered when it was supposed to be, and there were no problems or issues as far as the actual transport went. If I ever needed to transport a car again, hopefully to & from less remote locations, I would definitely consider AmeriFreight again.
