Pretty good, with a drive contact caveat

The order number here was 1501815200-UN, ship from NJ to CA my case manager did great in terms of the back and forth with shipping companies, and even put the offer up at the lower big at first to see if anyone would bite, and then reissued at the higher price once it was clear no companies would do the lower bid. however things got squirrley at the end, when the driver wasn't able to get in contact with me and my case manager couldn't get in contact with him for some reason, and i believe my driver was trying to contact me through my case manager but that wasn't working out either for some reason. Anyway, all i needed to do was google the driver's company and i called the first number i saw (which wasn't the number provided) and i got in touch with him. for future reference, anyone shipping to san francisco, the trucks can't make it up the crazy hills, they have to deliver in low lying, big parking lots like near the baseball stadium. That's what the driver was trying to contact me about.
