I initially experienced a delay in finding a carrier, but once AmerFreight assigned my carrier, the process moved along quickly with good communication. My vehicle was picked up the day after my carrier was assigned and was delivered completely across the country five days later. The driver called me the day prior and three hours before delivery, so I had plenty of time to prepare. Overall, a stress-free and positive experience.
