Melissa was of great help to us after we got stuck with another (very shady) broker. She even offered to contact that other broker who failed to fulfill the contract and stopped answering our calls. Melissa worked fast and efficient shipping our car within days and always was there to answer any questions and to help. The price was reasonable and set (apparently it is not the standard, so beware!) and there were no hidden fees. I highly recommend AmeriFreight, especially if someone ships their car for the first time. I only wish we found them earlier.
