-Excellent communication (Jae) -Rapid turn-around -Fair price 1501781129-XK My only complain is that the online quote system is misleading; it should provide a typical cost instead of an unlikely minimum possible. It felt a little like "bait and switch". After I called, Jae was extremely clear that the quoted price was not likely, so the rep did a great job with transparency. However, the corporate website quote system is clearly meant as bait. Regardless, I would use again, as I had a great overall experience!
