Was nervous going in to this due to reviews online being some good and bad. Overall, the experience was easy. I contacted the company and the representative (CCSA - Whitney Galloway) helped me out and everything went smooth. I told her when i wanted my car ship and didn't have to do anything until around the time of shipping was getting close. Received a phone call with an offer and accepted the offer, I was given the operators number, and contacted him two days before pick up to discuss where and what time. Operator was early and ready for pick up on time on pick up day and honestly took less than 20 minutes for everything. Operator was on schedule and I picked up my car after discussing where and when with the operator and it was just as fast as dropping off my vehicle. The representative contacted me later to make sure everything was alright and that pretty much sums it up. Great Service from the representative. Paid the company around 200+ for service and insurance for my vehicle and paid the driver 875 for transport from CA to PA so all in all I think it was worth it and was very easy.
