Kaye took my shipping order and a driver assignment was completed in a very timely manner. Kaye answered all my questions and explained the process in simple terms. Kaye was available by phone or email at all times. Rich was my assigned driver. I did not obtain his last name. He was polite and on time— within 2 minutes of the time he promised delivery. Rich helped me push the car into my garage without hesitation. I am extremely pleased with my AmerFreight experience. Job well done, Kaye and Rich!!
