No tricks - pretty straight forward process. I was quoted the optimal rate for flexible 7 pickup window and informed that they would try to get that rate but as they found responses from carriers that meet the quality standards they require, and that are close to our price, they would present it to me to consider. I landed a contract that was 5% more than the bottom rate on day 2, and I grabbed it. The driver was proactive in communications, on time with pickup and hit delivery window day one. Other than the Alabama Crimson Tide shirt he wore versus the Auburn Tigers shirt I was wearing, he was a top notch professional, and we had a bit of fun on our football teams. This was a great value.
