Erica with AmeriFreight was amazing! She took the stress and guesswork out of having a vehicle transported to me from my mother out of state. I was recuperating form major surgery and just making arrangements was difficult so I appreciated her professionalism, assistance and compassion all around. Erica made the process easy to understand and went above and beyond getting a shipper, a great rate and following through on all details. I am fortunate it all worked out well and have already recommended them to friends. The shipper(Danny's)/driver named Chip was fantastic! He was in direct contact with me arranging pick up that would work best for all and was clear on his schedule and when he would be here; he kept me up to to date during transport and made it through two snowstorms and still arrived a little ahead of schedule. He was also very personable, accommodating and this experience was that much better as a result of yet another person who valued my property and my situation. I believe I got even more value that I paid for and I would recommend AmeriFrieght and it's shipper, Danny's and their driver Chip. Thank you for such a great experience. Outstanding. If I could them more than 5 stars I would!
