This was my first time shipping a vehicle cross country. There are so many companies that offer this service. The sole reason why I choose AmeriFreight to ship my Jeep cross country was because of their services representative Kaye Martindale! Her customer service, communications, clear detailed instructions on how this process would work including the cost and how the cost process works was more than exceptional. She went well above and beyond her job to make sure I felt comfortable. She humanized the entire experience and did not treat me as a transaction. I cannot express how thankful I am to have had her as my customer representative. Because of her, I will only use AmeriFrieght to transport any vehicles. She won me over as a Customer. And to put the icing on the cake, the actual shipping company she identified was A++. The drivers communication was daily and he was very straight forward. He even FaceTimed me the day he took possession of the vehicle so he could show me exactly what the vehicles condition was as well as taking detailed pictures. My first time experience was amazing and all due to Kaye Martindale. I highly recommend this company for your shipping needs and ask for Kaye!
