I had the pleasure of working with Erica Hudson in transporting our vehicle. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all friendly. We unfortunately had a change if plans due to medical emergency and Erica was helpful and compassionate making our change of plans much less stressful. I highly recommend Erica as she is a wonderful example of customer service at its highest level. Thank you Erica! Oh. And yes the cat transport was timely and efficient. The transporter was on time and easy to work with.
