I had ZERO experience with buying a car out of state or how to ship it. After shopping around, Amerifreight seemed to be a viable option. This proved to be the right decision. Amy was extremely helpful and very professional in explaining the process and made herself available over countless times of contact. She found a carrier for me same day and when the pickup failed due to miscommunication issues on my and the dealership's end, Amy went to bat for me and managed to get me my initial payment applied towards another pickup with a different carrier. In my opinion, this type of gesture exemplifies the trademark of a good company that hires exceptional employees. To lose that deposit would have been a serious loss as a full-time student all over a simple misunderstanding between myself and the dealer. So once again, I am very thankful for the help from Amy and the professionalism with which she handled the situation. A second carrier was also found for me the same day that the bid was posted. On the second attempt things went very smoothly and I had my car from Kansas to Massachusetts in just over 2.5 days. I would highly reccomend Amerifreight and especially Amy Schmidt to anyone that may inquire. Thank you.
