I was very impressed with Ami’s professionalism, promptness, her industry knowledge, her calm and pleasant personality, and the overall remarkable customer service she provided our family in accomplishing the task of successfully shipping our vehicle. She did everything with a friendly “customer first” attitude. I think Ms. Ami Schmidt’s commitment to outstanding customer service should be brought to the attention of your fine company and hope you will congratulate Ami for representing you so very well. I would also like to thank Ami and AmeriFreight for using Global Trucking Solutions Corporation as our shipper. The driver was outstanding in his friendly efforts to make us comfortable that our vehicle was in good hands. And he certainly made good on his promise as our vehicle arrived on time and in perfect condition.
