Richard Jernigan was the representative at AmeriFreight that helped me with the process of shipping my car from the east to west coast on a short notice. He was immediately available via phone or email and very responsive to my questions. He explained the process of listing my car and dates details to transporters as it was my first time. He was very friendly and transparent about the process and did his best to ensure that the process went smoothly for me. My car made it safely with no damage with my transporter, the only hiccup was that the transporting truck broke down midway which only delayed my car arrival by one day. This was outside of AmeriFreight's control however, as it was a transporter company issue. Another transporter company issue was that pick up was 2 days later than anticipated--again, this was not in AmeriFreight's control. I would use this service again.
