Richard Jernigan was great. I had to delay my car's availability date by 2 weeks after he had already begun working to find a carrier. We passed on the first 2 carriers he offered and he kept working on our behalf to find us a better rate and a great carrier without making a big deal of it. He gave us all the info and let us choose whether to go with a carrier or not. Throughout the whole process he was kind, and professional during a very stressful move for us.
