This was my first experience shipping a car. Before I found Amerifreight I was working with a different broker who was very quick to contact me initially and made a lot of promises but when it came time to move my car I didn't hear anything and couldn't even get them to answer the phone. It was a very frustrating experience. Luckily, I found Maleah at Amerifreight - she totally transformed my experience and provided some of the best customer service I've experienced. We still had a few difficulties shipping a small British sportscar from an out-of-the way location, but she answered ALL of my calls and kept me informed every step of the way and found me a reliable transporter. Thank you Maleah! I recommend working with you 100%.
