Poor communication

The two stars is simply because I received my vehicle. I was very disappointed with everything else. We scheduled for my vehicle to be delivered 8/24 and the guy got there one week early but we weren’t even in the State yet. He said there was no other option than for him to drop my car off now because he won’t be available the 24th. I text him throughout the week and never got a response then he calls me the night before he’s ready to deliver. Thankfully I had family in that state who got home in time to pick it up. The woman who set up the driver said she would be calling me throughout the process with updates but I didn’t hear from her until the day after it was originally supposed to be delivered. Very poor communication, will not be recommending or using this company again. Oh, then to top it all off the driver charged me an additional $45 from what we originally agreed on because he didn’t want to process the payment as a business payment but said we had to process it as a friends and family payment so that I would be responsible for additional fees.
