Got the Job Done but Not Blown Away

I used Amerifreight because of the great reviews online. Although in the end my car was shipped to me, I have to say that my representative, Jahlil Witt, was at times frustrating. He did not give me updates. I would call him every 2-3 weeks because I hadn't heard anything from him. He only made a few attempts to reach me, and I found myself having to call him to get any answers. He was not very available through email. There was only a week left before I was moving, so I called only to find that there were no bidders for my car. I told him to please expedite the process, and he got a bidder that same day, which was great! When pressured, he gets things done quickly. The transport truck came to my house the next day to pick up my car, which was a bit of a rush. The transport company did fine, and I received my vehicle only 1 day past the promised delivery day. Overall, Amerifreight got my car to my destination, but I wish communication could've been better and the process wasn't so rushed towards the end.
