A smooth transport experience

Samantha at AmeriFreight provided us great customer service, answering every question thoroughly and provided expectations for our car transport. We started the process searching for a carrier 6 months prior to choosing AF, having settled on another carrier up until 30 days to departure. We chose AmeriFreight based largely on its intro video found at Transport Reviews and the pleasant and helpful conversation had with Samantha afterwards. She ensured that we understood each phase and readily answered all of our questions regarding "what-ifs" and timelines. Her periodic "check-ins" the day of pickup, during the transport window and day of scheduled delivery were reassuring. This helped to make a stressful situation of having your vehicle entrusted to strangers a less stressful experience. We intend to contact AmeriFreight and Samantha for the return transport!
