I worked with Richard and he was very professional. I give 5 stars for the below reasons: 1) I was able to negotiate and bring the cost down from $1185 to $1100. 2) I had full luggage in my car and the first driver didn't pick it because I didn't tell them in advance. The second driver was arranged immediately and they picked my car without any issues. Smooth delivery.
