In these turbulent times, I can not explain how much delight it was to get a service from amerifreight. I was in Austin on a short trip from St louis where my car was stationed. While in Austin, I was offered a job in New Jersey area which I can not pass as the oppurtunities with adequate compensation are hard to find these days. A friend suggested about amerifreight and I immediately went to the website and got hooked up by a very knoweldgable agent on live chat. I can not imagine that he understood my situation very fase and immediately created an order for me with a pick up from st louis missouri . The reasonable price quoted was half of my imagined price . As soon as I deposited the initial amount, a nice agent called me and explained to me the various possibilities which helped me in making a well informed decision about the date of pickup.On the suggested day of pickup, the driver called well in advance and everything was smooth. Although I opted for economy package which has a lead time of 7 days, the pickup was happened within 2 days and the delivery was finished in 3 days after the pickup. So here I am in New Jersey enjoying my car in less than 7 days from when I thought this can never be possible. Hats off to Amerifreight and their agents for making this possible for me .
Mentionworthy, I changed the delivery address in last minute and sent an email to amerifreight and they took care of informing the driver to go to the new address..They made sure that it can be done after my office hrs in evening so that my business is non impacted.
What a deleight...Thanks a lot Amerifreight.....I am going to recommend left and right this carrier.
