Great Customer service, not so nice drivers

I recently scheduled a pick up with amerifreight to transport my car from Alabama to California. This company is great and was very communicable. Every over the phone experience was pleasant and they were willing to work with my complex schedule. As far as the company who actually transported the car I have less to say. The driver was rude upon arrival. Upon my cars arrival to California my car was supposed to be safely held at their lot. The contact with the transport company was terrible and they often had misinformed information. Upon arrival to pick up my car I was told to wait until someone came back from lunch and the guy who was there acted as if he did not know anything about my car. Overall this is a great broker company but make sure to do your research on the transport companies.
