The car shipping industry has a LOT of players. This was my second time shipping a vehicle (first time with AmeriFreight). I researched the process and many shipping brokers and there's an endless supply of information. One thing that was constant was that AmeriFreight was always recommended. Communication was always good with Kimberly Small. One improvement area is that there should be an online tracking system where I can log in and track my vehicle's progress.
