This was the first time we had the need to have a vehicle transported. We shopped around and found Ameri-Freight had excellent customer service. It started with Raechel, she was very helpful and informative with how the process would go. She answered all my questions and was very polite in doing so. The next person was Leslie, she called to say there was an available pick up and again the service we received from Leslie was exceptional. The car was picked up by the carrier, which by the way, was also exceptional. They were very helpful and explained the drop off process again. The driver gave us his personal cell number so we could check the status of the progress on the drop off of the car. We would like to thank Ameri-Freight and the carrier service for making this a very positive experience - THANK YOU!
