Richard was very helpful answering all my questions. Was not quite clear enough on the AFTA coverage policies, it’s fine points, limits. I would not have needed to pay for AFTA coverage since nether of my vehicles had comprehensive insurance so AFTA did not apply (fine print). Glad I didn’t need it anyway or I would’ve been even more upset that I paid for something that I could not benefit from. Otherwise, happy. I paid extra for specific dates for pick up. Because I had two vehicles (one a motorcycle), Richard found me a good deal.
