I chose Amerifreight because it was one of the lowest prices I was quoted and they had positive reviews online. However, after talking with my agent, she told me that the costs were $240 more than was initially quoted me due to a deposit fee. I did not expect this but did not have much time till my car needed to be shipped, so I accepted.
Another problem was that I was told by my agent via email a 3 day window for car pickup. However, after contacting the car shipping company, they told me that the car pickup ETA was a couple days after the time that I was initially told.
Other than those two issues, I have had a perfect experience with the car shipping company and have had positive customer service from my agent.
