Samantha was very helpful. I felt she went above and beyond in assisting and keeping me informed on my vehicle transport. She stayed connected with me all the way wanting to know when I actually was in my vehicle once delivered. This was my first time shipping a vehicle - and me being very nervous and unsure of the process - she made the experience a very good one.
